It's fascinating to learn how long certain materials will take to break down — the titanium in your MacBook will only start corroding after 100,000 years, while it will take 1 million years for humanity's glass products to disintegrate. To be honest, a lot of these predictions seem a bit speculative: In 20 billion years, will the universe be torn apart? In a trillion years, will stars really cease to form? Waterwork of art: American photographer creates amazing images which capture the split-second dyed liquids burst into colour - and are so exquisite they 'look like glass sculptures'

• Jack Long, a 55-year-old photographer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, developed a technique for capturing the images
• He build special devices to fire a precise mixture of water and dyes in order to capture - which work underwater
• Mr Long made a set of images set in an art gallery and placed on pedestals after admirers said his pictures reminded them of fine glasswork

They look like exquisite vases made of finely-blown glass, placed carefully on a pedestal to receive the admiration of gallery visitors.

But in fact these colourful images are not precious artefacts preserved for the ages, but show a split-second in which specially-manipulated liquids are captured in fantastic formation.

They are the work of American photographer Jack Long, 55, from Milwaukee, who developed a special formula for the liquids himself.

Triển lãm Mosaiculture 2013 vừa khai mạc tuần qua tại vườn bách thảo Montreal, Quebec, Canada với những hình ảnh sau đây sẽ cho bạn những cảm giác  thích thú đến kinh ngạc. Được biết Triển lãm này  đã dùng hơn 3 triệu bông hoa tươi tắn, rực rỡ sắc màu trồng trong các nhà kính trên khắp vùng đất Quebec đưa về  vườn bách thảo vào tháng 5 -2013. Ròng rã 3 tháng, hơn 200 nghệ nhân bậc thầy về  làm vườn đến từ 20 nước tập trung uốn hoa và tỉa cành với các khung thép để biến chúng thành các tác phẩm nghệ thuật tài tình, sống động trên chiều dài 2, 2 km triển lãm.

Cây Chim:  Tác phẩm điêu khắc khổng lồ này cao 40 bộ ( hơn 12 mét) và có thiết kế những cầu  đặc biệt cho người xem chụp ảnh dễ dàng. Mỗi cành tạo thành một con chim khác nhau. Cánh của kền kền ít nhất phải 8 feet ( hơn 2, 4 m)

Bird   Tree.  This huge sculpture is 40 feet high and they built  special high bridge at this end so people could take photographs more easily.  Every branch becomes a different bird. The wing span of the condor must be at least 8 feet.
