With space at such a premium in central London, waterside specialists Riverhomes said Le Sorelle, which is moored in South Quay, Canary Wharf, is the 'best boat' they have seen in the capital.
The boat two kitchens, a bar, a wheelhouse, three reception rooms and two kitchens.
The impressive houseboat is decked out in unique materials including wood reclaimed from the damage left by Hurricane Katrina.
The American current owner, who has not been named, commissioned wood to be flown over after the 2005 hurricane that killed more than 1,800 people in the storm and subsequent floods.
American red oak, pine, hickory, pecan and poplar has all been used.
Director of Riverhomes Nigel Day said: 'The boat's owner owns properties near where Hurricane Katrina hit and a lot of wood was forced down there by the storm.

Previously moored in Holland, she crossed the North Sea last August and is currently docked at South Quay.
Mr Day said: 'The interest has been unbelievable.
'Le Sorelle is one of those boats that people will be really gutted to miss out on.'
